The Fine Print

We keep things simple, but clarity matters. Here's the fine print that keeps Unspoken safe, respectful, and running smoothly. Every confession lands in a safe space built on trust.

Submissions

What you share must be yours. No stolen stories, no impersonations.

Hate speech, threats, illegal content? Not welcome here.

Unspoken reserves the right to moderate, edit, or delete submissions that cross the line.

Where Your Words Might Go

By submitting a confession, you're giving us permission to publish it on the website. We may also feature it on social platforms. Always anonymously, always with care.

We will never sell your story or use it for anything outside of Unspoken without asking.

Anonymity, Privacy & POPIA

We don't ask for personal information and we don't track it. In alignment with South Africa's POPIA guidelines, if you include names, places, or details that could identify you, Unspoken will not be held liable.

Confessions are anonymous by design, but total anonymity online cannot be guaranteed.

Boundaries & Responsibility

Unspoken is a space for expression, not therapy. We are not liable for how a confession makes someone feel.

Read, share, and submit at your own discretion.

Updates

Please do note that these terms of service may be updated without informing you as a user.

If you've got any questions, concerns, or just want to say hi, please don't hesitate to say something. We're listening.
